A New Economy for Working Landscapes
Beighley was founded on a simple belief: healthy landscapes depend on the people who care for them.
Across the American West, ranchers, grazers, and wildland firefighters are helping reduce wildfire risk, restore ecosystems, and strengthen rural communities. Yet the ecological value of this work is rarely reflected in today's economy.
We believe there is another way.
Beighley is building a new model that connects environmental stewardship, American agriculture, and domestic manufacturing. Through philanthropy, regenerative wool, and storytelling, we are creating lasting support for the people protecting our working landscapes.
The Beighley Foundation invests in ranchers, wildfire resilience, education, and public engagement. The Beighley Public Benefit Corporation creates regenerative wool products that help sustain and expand that mission.
Our goal is not simply to make products or fund programs. It is to build an enduring institution where conservation, agriculture, and manufacturing strengthen one another for generations to come.
